PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE

The consumer has the right to withdraw or return from any distance contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days, for which the postmark will be proof (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The costs for the return are borne by the customer, who will have 7 (SEVEN) days from the date of delivery of the goods. The customer is also required to notify us via the email address mmcollection2019@gmail.com

The return of the product will only be possible with a size change and product change, consequently monetary refunds are not accepted.

To be able to exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that the returned goods are in perfect condition, unused, substantially intact, with the original seals and labels and not removed and provided with the original packaging .

The shipment is under the complete responsibility of the customer until receipt is certified in our warehouse and compliance with the pre-established requirements. MM Collection Srls is not responsible in any way for theft/loss/damage of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

The reimbursement of the price of the product(s) for which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal and, where applicable, of the delivery costs, will be made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, or from the moment in which the company will be informed of the customer's wish to withdraw, either until he has received the goods or the consumer proves that he has shipped them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.

In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by MM Collection SRLS, he is required to follow the same instructions given above. MM Collection SRLS reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.

MM Collection SRLS reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions. However, acceptance of such returns involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
MM Collection SRLS will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address with the subsequent shipment being charged.
