Shipping and Delivery
Purchases made on the neishacollection.it website can be paid by credit card and PayPal.
The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer in the check-out procedure or reported to the customer's PayPal account (valid only for those purchasing with the aforementioned payment method).
Upon shipment, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
Any inventories and returns will be charged exclusively to the customer, who will remain obliged, required by law, to pay for the purchased item in any case.
Shipments are entrusted to the courier from Monday to Friday by 6.00 pm. Orders received after this time are shipped the next working day (Mon - Fri). If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
When placing an order, all Customers are obliged to accept all the contractual conditions set out. By accepting this contract, customers undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer regardless of the method requested.
NB The shipping address must be the same as your PayPal account address, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
